PLUMBING DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dispatching and customer service, particularly in the plumbing industry. As a Plumbing Dispatch CSR, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and maintaining customer relationships.
